Clarity Prompts for When Your Brain Is A Single Browser Tab

journal prompts for clarity

Some days my brain has 87 tabs open. Other days? One lonely tab titled “???”. I’m literally just walking around my house thinking, “What was I supposed to be doing?”

These prompts are for those days — when clarity feels far away, and you’re running on fumes:

1. What am I avoiding because it feels too big, and how can I shrink it?

2. What feels heavy right now? What feels light?

3. What is one small thing I could do today that would bring relief?

4. What am I carrying that isn’t mine to hold anymore?

5. If today were simple, what would that look like?

Clarity doesn’t come in a lightning bolt.

It comes in tiny whispers.

And you’re doing great at listening.
